Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://photoxusa.getfastpricing.com and the photo booth rental services provided by PhotoxUSA(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to extract data in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Quotes and pricing

Pricing shown or described on this site is indicative. A binding price is established only in a written quote issued for your specific event, and quotes are valid for the period stated. Final pricing depends on the booth selected, rental duration, event location, venue conditions and any add-ons.

Bookings and payment

• A booking is confirmed when we receive a signed agreement and the required retainer.
• Dates are held only once a booking is confirmed. Availability is not reserved by a quote request.
• The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking agreement.
• Additional charges may apply for overtime, additional travel, or services requested on the day of the event.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your booking agreement. Retainers are generally non-refundable, as they hold your date against other bookings. Where a date can be rescheduled we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate it, subject to availability.

Venue requirements

To deliver the service safely and on time, the client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides:

• Adequate floor space for the booth selected — approximately 10x10 ft for an open air booth, and approximately 12x12 ft with overhead clearance for a 360° or Glambot setup
• A level, stable surface, and shelter from rain, direct sun and extreme temperatures for outdoor setups
• Access to a standard grounded power outlet within roughly 25 feet
• Reasonable load-in access, including any required parking, elevator access or venue permissions
• Any venue-required certificates of insurance requested in advance

Where a venue cannot meet these requirements and we were not informed in advance, setup time may be extended or the service may be limited, and no refund is due for time lost as a result.

Setup, teardown and rental time

Setup and teardown are performed outside your booked rental hours. We require reasonable access to the venue before the rental window begins. Delays caused by venue access, guests obstructing the setup area, or conditions not disclosed in advance may reduce operating time without refund.

Equipment and conduct

All equipment remains our property. The client is responsible for damage caused by guests through misuse, intoxication or negligence. Our staff may pause or end the service if guest behaviour creates a safety risk to people or equipment, and no refund is due where the service is ended for this reason.

Photos, video and usage rights

Guests who use the booth consent to being photographed or recorded. The client receives an online gallery of the event and may use those captures for their own purposes. We may use selected images and clips in our portfolio and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event. See our Privacy Policy for how event media is handled.

Service interruptions

We maintain our equipment and carry backup where practical. In the rare event of an equipment failure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service during your rental window. Where a material part of the service cannot be delivered, our liability is limited to a pro-rata refund of the affected portion of the fee.

Circumstances outside our control

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, venue closures, power failures, public health orders or government restrictions. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Where a booking agreement conflicts with these terms, the booking agreement governs.
