• Information you give us. When you submit our quote form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type and event location, along with anything else you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on site.

• To respond to your quote request with availability and pricing
• To plan, confirm and deliver services for a booked event
• To send booking confirmations and event-related communication

Event photos and video

At events we photograph and record guests who choose to use the booth. Captures are delivered to guests and to the client who booked the event, and are stored in an online gallery for a limited period. Where a client wants captures used in marketing, that is agreed with the client in advance. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, email photobootheventsonline@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Data collected this way belongs to the client who commissioned the activation, and their own privacy policy governs how it is subsequently used.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
